Διατήρηση καθαρών και οργανωμένων σταθμών εργασίας, σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων. Φροντίδα για την καθαριότητα του χώρου εργασίας και τη σωστή αποθήκευση των πρώτων υλών. Συμμετοχή στην τακτική καθαριότητα και οργάνωση της κουζίνας Προετοιμασία για τις επόμενες παραγγελίες και τοποθέτηση των υλικών στην κουζίνα σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες. Προσόντα 1+ έτη εμπειρίας στην ίδια θέση κατά προτίμηση σε ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες 5*   Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών Πτυχίο μαγειρικής σχολής (δημόσιας ή ιδιωτικής) Ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου και προτεραιοτήτων.
