A taster of what you will be involved with<ul><li>Produce detailed product specifications in the form of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, complemented by descriptive aids such as wireframes and flowcharts where necessary, to ensure the development teams have all required information to deliver the desired outcome.</li><li>Lead the product discovery process for assigned initiatives (including hypothesis generation, requirements gathering, design, and scoping) in collaboration with the product manager, product designers, data analysts, and engineers.</li><li>Assist the product manager in ensuring that the product development backlog is properly organised, prioritised, and kept up-to-date.</li><li>Contribute to the product vision, and champion this vision with stakeholders and the engineering teams.</li><li>Ensure that proper analytics, tracking, and data collection mechanisms are in place to understand user behaviours and/or product performance.</li><li>Provide the necessary product support to the development teams as may be required to aid their delivery.</li><li>Work with other parts of the organisation as and when necessary to ensure the expected outcomes are achieved and are measured.</li><li>Communicate product releases and the status of ongoing product development to the wider organisation.</li><li>Hold effective demos and trainings with stakeholders for new product concepts and releases as and when required.</li><li>Ensure that relevant product documentation and wikis are well maintained.</li><li>Perform user acceptance testing of new product releases (or ensure coordination of).</li><li>Continuously review the live product to identify areas for improvement and any deviations from the expected experience.</li><li>Assist and support the Product Manager in any matters as may be delegated from time to time.</li><li>Learn the market &amp; customer needs through data and customer feedback.</li><li>Assist and drive the team to follow Agile principles best practices.</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>A relevant academic degree or qualifications; preferably technology and/or business related.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role.</li><li>Prior experience in the gaming industry will be considered a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Experience working with agile and remote development teams.</li><li>Comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into solvable and easily understandable parts.</li><li>Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to logically measure risk against potential gain.</li><li>A team player capable of building positive working relationships across the company.</li><li>A keen eye for detail and a user-centric mindset.</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Monthly Allowance for Lunch&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Private &amp; Life Plan Insurance for you and your family&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Team Building Budget&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Annual Wellness Allowance&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Corporate Travel Insurance&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Events and initiatives both Local (Quarterly Meetings) and Global&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Professional Development Programs &amp; Internal Career Opportunities&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Milestone Birthday&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>
