Our Deals Services team is a leading provider of Corporate Finance, M&amp;A advisory, and Capital Raising services in Greece. We support high-profile transactions across a wide range of industries, delivering strategic advice and hands-on execution at every stage of the deal process. Our experienced professionals work with a diverse client base — including large Greek and multinational corporations, SMEs, private equity funds, banks, and institutional investors — helping them unlock value and achieve their strategic objectives.The role in more detail:As a&nbsp;Deals – Mergers &amp; Acquisitions Senior Consultant, you will be immersed in high-impact transactions, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of M&amp;A activities. Working alongside a dynamic team of professionals, you will play a key role in advising corporate clients and investors on strategic acquisitions, and other complex deals across various industries.&nbsp;Your responsibilities will include leading the development of business plans, building robust financial models and valuations, and drafting insightful marketing materials. You will also contribute to business development efforts, mentor junior colleagues, and continue building your leadership and client advisory skills, positioning yourself for continued advancement in your career.The key responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Collaborate with senior dealmakers throughout all phases of the transaction process, including origination, drafting of deal structure and material, negotiation, and closure</li><li>Conduct in-depth company, industry, and market research to identify and evaluate potential deal opportunities</li><li>Develop comprehensive business plans, financial models, and valuations to support transaction rationale and pricing strategies</li><li>Prepare and draft engaging pitch and marketing materials, such as teasers and information memorandums, to effectively communicate value propositions to potential buyers or investors</li><li>Serve as a strategic M&amp;A advisor to clients, assisting them in formulating and executing their strategic plans and achieving their long-term objectives</li><li>Actively contribute to the development and presentation of proposals, providing insightful advice to both current and prospective clients</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth</li></ul>The key requirements of this role are:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in Deals, Corporate Finance, M&amp;A, investment banking, private equity, or related financial advisory services</li><li>Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring</li><li>Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships with clients and colleagues</li><li>Leadership experience and a commitment to developing junior team members</li></ul>What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
