We are seeking experienced auditors to join our team, focusing on providing audit and control services for EU Institutions. This role involves conducting financial and compliance audits, supporting decision-makers, and collaborating closely with EU officials to ensure financial accountability and transparency. Job’s Purpose&nbsp; Senior Finance Business Partner acts as sparring partner for departments of responsibility, providing financial management information/ guidelines and advice to Commerce Line Managers, supporting them in delivering financial targets.&nbsp; This role also contributes to the development of budget, outlooks and financial steering processes. Acts as an advisor from financial perspective and translates operational actions into financial performance indicators. &nbsp;What you will focus on &nbsp;<ul><li>Be a proactive business partner and provide valuable input in order to be able to steer the business on a daily basis in order to meet the financial targets</li><li>Work closely and partner with Commerce Departments’ line managers, to support in developing a financial strategy to improve business performance</li><li>Assist in the preparation of annual budget, quarterly forecasts and month end close processes, by working closely with Commerce Directors, providing necessary data and challenging the input and decision making</li><li>Be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information per category / product (national and Private Label) and proceed in various analyses of financial indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Prepare weekly rolling latest estimates along with the business and steering the business towards achieving the targets</li><li>Support Commerce Directors in resolving any concerns on the financial performances of the area of responsibility, understand performance drivers &amp; business trends and provide support in preparing latest estimate projections</li><li>Contribute to ad hoc financial projects as required, covering both Finance and Commerce departments’ needs</li><li>Ensure the compliance with appropriate processes, policies, and controls according to the Risk and Control framework.</li></ul> Who we are looking for&nbsp;<ul><li>Working experience of at least 5 years, as a Finance Business Partner/Commercial Finance in a senior role with hands on experience on product category financial analysis, tracking COGS savings, promo evaluation &amp; business case preparation &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to analyze and present financial information to senior management</li><li>Commercially driven mindset with ability to understand, challenge and inform on investment decisions</li><li>Retail/FMCG experience would be considered an asset</li><li>BSc in Finance or any relevant field.
