Key job responsibilities - As Specialist Solution Architect for Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting adoption and utilization of AWS Analytics services for high propensity focus customers in Europe Central. - You will gather customer and industry needs and partner with AWS product teams to innovate, develop, and deliver AWS solutions. - Specialist Solution Architects are technically savvy resources (L400+) responsible for helping customer to adopt AWS services, remove blockers for service adoption, influencing the AWS product roadmap, and driving usage of your AWS service(s). - You will collaborate with your Sales and Go to Market counterparts to influence GTM strategies and sales plays for new or existing services; you will also identify gaps in AWS products or feature sets based on customer insights and partner with internal product teams and account managers to win strategic customer workloads and drive business revenue. - You will work on thought leadership and reusable assets and demos to help customers adopt AWS services. About the team The Specialists Analytics team positions AWS as the best place to run Data &amp; AI/ML workloads. Our team helps customers become data-driven organizations and implement Analytics capabilities at scale, in close collaboration with Data and AI/ML teams. The Specialists organization works backwards from customers to build and execute go-to-market plans. Specialists teams include business development, specialist sales, and technical solutions architecture skills. As part of the Specialists team, you’ll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for setting a long-term strategy and executing daily to grow customers. In addition to being a customer, these companies partner with AWS as an ISV and have multiple GTM goals. In the role, you will build and maintain broad relationships, develop and manage opportunities, and facilitate a large team of extended resources. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services. Key job responsibilities The Account Manager is responsible for teaming with all aspects of the customer’s organization.
