We are currently looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Assistant Executive Housekeeper Villas to join our Housekeeping team at Amanzoe in Porto Heli, Greece. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, this role is critical in supporting the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service across the resort. You will lead, motivate and guide the team while implementing quality control procedures and ensuring all guest accommodations and public areas meet Aman’s uncompromising expectations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and guide daily housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.</li><li>Ensure all rooms are cleaned and prepared to Aman standards before guest arrival.</li><li>Assist the Executive Housekeeper in establishing departmental plans, procedures, and service standards.</li><li>Lead the team in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.</li><li>Coordinate daily work schedules based on occupancy and operational needs.</li><li>Manage inventories of linen, uniforms, supplies, and chemicals; maintain proper storage and usage.</li><li>Oversee inspections to ensure guest and public areas meet health, hygiene, and aesthetic standards.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest requests and address complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping.</li><li>Liaise with the Laundry team and Housekeeping Supervisors to align tasks and scheduling.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas in line with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Participate in the training, evaluation, and performance development of Housekeeping team members.</li><li>Support the preparation of duty rosters and help control departmental labor costs.</li><li>Recommend repair or renovation needs to maintain the highest quality of guest facilities.</li><li>Foster team morale and uphold a culture of accountability, integrity, and guest-first service.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a 5-star hospitality environment.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in housekeeping or hospitality management is considered an asset.</li><li>Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Greek is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with housekeeping management systems.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of housekeeping standards, tools, and chemicals.</li><li>Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team collaboration.</li><li>Legal right to live and work in Greece.</li></ul>Benefits At Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success. The Destination Experience Specialist is responsible for designing and planning world class shoreside experiences that bring the Aman at Sea vision to life. The ideal candidate should already be based in Greece and involves close collaboration with internal teams, local partners, and global colleagues to deliver personalised itineraries and luxury experiences that reflect Aman’s values. The ideal candidate is passionate about culture, travel, and service, and is skilled at both planning and delivering seamless and bespoke guest journeys.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and curate world-class shoreside experiences that embody Aman at Sea’s vision of cultural authenticity, sustainability, and effortless luxury.</li><li>Collaborate with local partners to develop exclusive activities, cultural events, and excursions.</li><li>Liaise with itinerary planners and shipboard teams to seamlessly integrate shore experiences into each voyage, and provide on-site support as needed.</li><li>Ensure all guest experiences meet the highest standards of quality and personalisation.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of bookings and vendor agreements.</li><li>Support the reservations team by providing detailed experience recommendations.</li><li>Conduct pre-arrival and post-departure follow-ups with guests to refine future offerings.</li><li>Monitor destination, and luxury market trends, competitor offerings, and guest preferences to inform continuous product improvement</li><li>Assist in developing marketing content and materials related to destination experiences.</li><li>Conduct on-site inspections and vendor performance reviews to maintain safety, quality, and brand alignment.</li><li>Promote responsible tourism practices by supporting local economies and minimizing environmental impact.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.</li><li>Min three&nbsp;years in luxury travel, destination management, or experiential product development</li><li>Proven track record designing and managing high-end shore excursions or land-based programs</li><li>Strong project-management skills (ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines)</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Exceptional planning and organisational skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation or itinerary-building software.</li><li>Discreet, professional, and culturally sensitive.</li><li>Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and after-hours when required.</li></ul>Benefits At Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
