Job’s purposeJoin our dynamic and innovative team! Therefore, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Product Owner to lead the Core Retail &amp; F&amp;R solutions within our organization, where SAP Retail serves as the primary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As the Product Owner you will play a pivotal role in managing demand in areas like Retail Finance, Order &amp; Inventory Management, as well as Forecast and Replenishment.What you will focus on<ul><li>Support in the development and communication of a clear product vision.</li><li>Facilitate planning, optimization and execution of various processes related to core retail.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business counterparts, SAP experts and their Managers, in order to gather requirements and prioritize them in a way to support that the product roadmap addresses company’s demands.</li><li>Translate Business Requirements to User Stories and Functional Requirements</li><li>Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks related to the core retail domain.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, including SAP specialists, and business analysts, to facilitate the successful delivery of product features.</li><li>Identify areas for continuous improvement within SAP Retail as well as other systems in the respective domain.</li><li>Analyze preferences and requests of end users.</li><li>Follow applicable Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of the SAP ECC6 platform</li></ul>What we are looking for<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree would be considered a plus</li><li>2+ years of relevant IT experience in the retail industry would be considered an asset</li><li>Very good working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with core Retail and Forecast &amp; Replenishment. IT Core Retail & Forecast and Replenishment Product Owner

Job’s Purpose&nbsp; As a Promo specialist, you will be a key member of the Trade team, working closely with the Category Team for optimizing Promotions of FMCG categories for AB stores, Franchise &amp; ENA Cash &amp; Carry. The primary focus of the role is to select the right promos to offer to our customers. It requires the ability to understand processes and objectives as well as what data is available in order to identify strong and weak points as well as opportunities and threats.
