As a Senior BPM Solution Architect, you will play a key role in driving the design and implementation of BPM solutions for our clients. Your deep knowledge and hands-on experience with low-code platforms will enable you to create scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a customer-centric mindset.   Key responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives, and design BPM solutions that meet their needs using low-code platforms like Appian, Camunda, Power Platform, or other relevant tools. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, and implementation of BPM solutions. Expertise in low-code platforms such as Appian, Camunda, Power Platform, or other relevant tools. Certification in these platforms is highly desirable. Strong understanding of BPM methodologies, workflow automation, and business process optimization. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale BPM solutions. Solid understanding of relational database technologies. Solid knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
