We at Nova, looking for vibrant and fast thinking "Cyber Security Specialist” to be part of our successful team in our “Information Security Team”. You have a challenging mission for: Assist in daily operations of the department to ensure compliance with technical and operational security policies, standards, and procedures. What will you do: Participate in the security review of controls for new systems/ major modifications during design and implementation phases. Participate in the development and maintenance of the Security and Risk Management Methodology, including risk assessment/ analysis process. Support the security team regarding risk management, information security controls, incident analysis, incident response, SIEM monitoring, and other operational tasks. Perform security investigations on possible events and follow up with corrective actions and documentation. Perform Root Cause Analysis of security incidents while proposing enhancements to existing tools. Provide periodic reporting on Information Security issues and identify security issues and violations.  Stay up to date on the latest cyber security threats and the Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTPs) attackers are currently using and report any new security threats/ vulnerabilities. Design, develop and maintain custom SIEM content (onboard new systems, creation and tuning of rules & use cases, reports, dashboards, etc.) Participate in the Incident Monitoring and Response process, monitoring alerts and security events to identify potential security incidents or breaches. This involves analyzing and investigating suspicious activities, assessing the severity and impact of incidents, and providing timely and accurate recommendations for incident response. It would be great if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other related discipline. 3 years’ experience in Cyber Security area (relevant sectors: Telecoms, Banks, Insurance and Technology). Understanding of Cybersecurity domains such as Strategy, Risk, Compliance, Resilience, Data Protection, Identity & Access Management, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Vulnerability Management and Security Operations. Knowledge of Cybersecurity standards, framework, risk assessment methodologies. Certifications/qualifications related to InfoSec (ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CompTIA+, CEH, CCNA Security, GSEC etc.) will be considered as a plus. As a Technical Account Manager you will perform Presales Analysis and present Solutions for Vodafone’s Network, Security, & Fixed Telephony services and solutions to private sector SME & SoHo customers. Thus, will work closely with other Chapter Leads, Tech Leads and Product owners. More specifically you will: •   Act as servant leader for developing the abilities and skills of the chapter members, helping them grow in expertise by coaching and mentoring, increasing their productivity and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. •   Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance (including hands on through POCs) to ensure the quality and security standards, applying best practices. •   Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech leads to support squad teams on challenging solutions where more complex architectures are needed. Cooperate with other Chapter Leads for cross-chapter integrations. •   Work with the Tribe Leads, Tech Leads and Talent acquisition team to provide workforce plans for recruitment, development and resources allocation. •   Hold responsibility for the performance evaluation of chapter members based on 360 feedback. Who you are •   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. •   Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate. •   At least 4 years of proven experience in API design principles, RESTful principals and Microservices using cloud-friendly technologies and Java oriented frameworks, like Sprig Boot, Quarkus or any other JVM-based technology. •   Have a grasp of Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), Microservices, and distributed systems. •   Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation). •   Strong design thinking skills and ability to produce out of the box ideas and innovative solutions. •   Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. As a Solution Architect you will share the technical and architectural vision for Agile Release Train (ART) to help ensure the Solution under development is fit for its intended purpose. The role is responsible for analysing technical trade-offs, determining the primary components and subsystems, identifying the interfaces and collaborations between them and defining non-functional requirements.    More specifically you will:   Own the end-to-end high level solution design of complex projects, identify involved systems and subsystems and act as a technical leader for domain architects, engineers, system integrators  Identify opportunities for modernization and improvements, exploring industry standards and solution alternatives, while applying architecture best practices, golden rules and patterns.  Establish critical non functional requirements (NFRs), ensuring resilient, secure and cost-effective solutions  Work with and strongly influence business and technical stakeholders, maintaining a balance between delivery and technology transformation  Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos and Inspect and Adapt events  Who you are Experience in solution architecture & design in a telco business context and exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments  5-7 years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment  Self – motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple balls  Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with high-level of creativity and ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate with agile development teams  Experience working with agile methodologies and apply agile ways of working is strongly preferred  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek & English and with both technical and business audiences   Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or other related field Not a perfect fit?
