Procurement Officer (Spanish Speaker)

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager &amp; Application Owner to fill a hybrid role within our IT department. This individual will be responsible for both leading the successful, end-to-end delivery of different sizes of IT projects and for assuming full lifecycle ownership of one or more key business applications.
