As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our hiring strategy, ensuring we attract and hire top talent across all functions. Leading a high-performing team and partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive impactful, data-driven decisions, elevate our employer brand, and continuously enhance the hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What You’ll Do:
Define and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy, aligning hiring plans with business goals and workforce needs, while continuously innovating sourcing and attraction approaches to engage top talent.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and networking, and lead employer branding initiatives to reinforce efood as an employer of choice.
Leverage market insights, including talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence, to ensure hiring decisions are data-driven and strategically aligned.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented, and high-impact culture.
Optimize recruitment processes, monitor performance metrics, and implement scalable solutions to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring across all functions and seniority levels.
Own and evolve TA tools and systems (e.g., ATS) in collaboration with the global Talent Acquisition team, exploring AI-driven opportunities to enhance decision-making and overall effectiveness.
Partner with senior leadership and People Partners to anticipate hiring needs, shape role requirements, and act as a strategic advisor to elevate hiring manager capability in interviewing, assessment, and decision-making.
Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and inclusive journey across all touchpoints.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
6-8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading recruitment functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels, including leadership hiring
Demonstrated ability to define, track, and interpret recruitment KPIs, translating data into actionable insights
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders
Deep expertise in sourcing strategies and talent market mapping
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to balance big-picture planning with execution
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability in dynamic environments
