About the job
Our team is looking for a Regional Operations Coordinator to join our Ops team. In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Ops Lead, taking ownership of specific areas and ensuring our daily machinery runs like clockwork. You will balance live monitoring with strategic supply planning, ensuring that our fleet is always where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
Through your role, you will manage "middle impact" zones, handle escalations, and contribute to the strategy that keeps our operations ahead of the curve. Your daily routine will be a mix of real-time troubleshooting and data-driven optimization.
What you’ll do:
Monitor Daily Operations: Keep a close eye on live tracking and availability, ensuring shift compliance and solving live issues as they arise.
Support our Riders: Be the go-to person for our fleet, handling tickets, emails, and app issues to ensure a seamless experience for our partners.
Optimize Supply Planning: Implement strategic plans that fit our fleet mix, meet economic targets, and boost performance during peak hours.
Handle Incidents: Take charge of escalation management and crisis handling to maintain service stability.
Manage Strategic Zones: Oversee middle-impact zones, balancing daily performance and economics according to strategic guidelines.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor performance metrics and provide reports that help us grow and improve.
What you need to be successful
Data Literacy: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and a solid grasp of basic data analysis to drive your decisions.
Problem-Solving Skills: A natural ability to identify issues and find efficient solutions on the fly.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and support our partners.
Efficiency under pressure: The ability to stay focused and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
