What you'll do
- Lead workstreams within client engagement project teams
- Develop proposals and solution designs and participate in client business development meetings
- Analyse operational processes, management efficiency and performance improvement opportunities
- Engage with clients through meetings and interviews to implement practical solutions
- Analyse data and develop recommendations, solutions, presentations and documents
- Conduct interviews, field observations, and data and document analysis
- Design and deliver training, coaching and workshops at client sites
