What you'll do
- Welcome and provide excellent customer service aiming for personalized shopping experiences
- Coordinate and organize the department ensuring excellent product presentation and store appearance
- Achieve sales targets through customer-focused approach and personalized fashion advice
- Manage inventory including monitoring, replenishing, and placement of merchandise and participate in stocktaking processes
- Train and guide new colleagues on products, procedures, and service standards
- Manage department staff, resolve issues, and maintain a positive team atmosphere
- Collaborate with Store Management on implementing commercial policies and sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Sales and passion for consultative selling in retail environment
- Customer service experience with focus on personalized service
- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Staff management and department organization capabilities
- Knowledge of fashion trends and market
- Good English knowledge and adaptability
- Focus on goal achievement and teamwork
- Compliance with health and safety rules
