What you'll do
- Welcome and assist customers to provide a personalized shopping experience
- Maintain excellent appearance of the sales area and organize the storage
- Manage deliveries and placement of merchandise in the store
- Monitor stock levels and participate in inventory processes
- Implement service procedures and company commercial policies
- Collaborate with the team and inform customers about promotions and events
Key requirements
- Experience in exemplary customer service in retail clothing, footwear, or accessories
- Good knowledge of English
