What you'll do
- Welcome and assist customers aiming for a personalized shopping experience
- Maintain excellent appearance of the sales area and organized storage
- Manage deliveries and arrange merchandise in the store
- Monitor stock levels and participate in inventory procedures
- Apply company service processes and commercial policies
- Collaborate with the team and inform customers about promotions and events
Key requirements
- Retail sales experience in clothing, footwear, or accessories
- Customer service expertise
- English language proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and flexibility in a retail environment
