What you'll do
- Organize and coordinate cashier and related department schedules for smooth daily operations
- Supervise daily cashier operations and ensure company procedures and cashier practices are followed
- Guide, support, and train the team to promote effective operations and quality customer service
- Manage and resolve cashier, transaction, and operational issues
- Monitor daily outstanding tasks and respond promptly to maintain smooth department operations
- Collaborate with store management and relevant company departments
- Communicate and cooperate with customers, banking institutions, and external partners to resolve related issues
- Support the implementation and adoption of new systems, processes, and services
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Team coordination, team training, and customer service
- Cashier procedures and cash register systems
- Schedule organization and daily operations supervision
- Problem solving and multitasking and prioritization
- Banking institution liaison and process implementation
- Information systems, retail applications, and new systems support
