What you'll do
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide personalized beauty guidance and needs assessment
- Promote products and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Apply cosmetic products on customers
- Collaborate with the team and inform customers about promotions, events, and loyalty programs
- Arrange product stands, maintain cleanliness, receive goods, and monitor stock levels
- Provide appropriate solutions and options within time limits
Key requirements
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics
- Experience in a similar position in a cosmetics store or service provision
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers
- English language skills and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work shifts including weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
