What you'll do
- Communicate effectively with customers for personalized beauty guidance and needs diagnosis
- Promote products and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Apply cosmetic products to customers
- Collaborate with team and inform customers about promotions, events, and loyalty programs
- Arrange stand, maintain cleanliness, receive goods, and monitor inventory
- Provide suitable solutions and options within time limits
Key requirements
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics field
- Previous experience in a similar role in cosmetics retail or service provision
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers
- English language knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficiency
