What you'll do
- Reconcile general ledger, vendor and customer balances daily and monthly
- Submit accurate and timely financial data to the MyData platform (AADE)
- Record all accounting transactions accurately and on time
- Manage the fixed assets register, including capitalization, depreciation and reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, including tax advisors and auditors
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Support accounting process improvements and internal controls
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Accounting & financial reporting: Accounting and financial reporting, GAAP, IFRS accounting standards
- Reconciliations: General ledger reconciliation; vendor and customer balance reconciliation
- Systems & tools: ERP systems, SAP ERP, MyData platform (AADE), MS Office applications
- Core skills: Financial discrepancy resolution, internal controls, attention to detail, deadline management
- Language: English language
- Accounting and Finance
