1+ months working in a sales or another customer-oriented sector (gastronomy, etc.).
Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
Effective customer service and sales skills.
Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious, good communication skills.
YOUR ACTIVITIES:
Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
Work collaboratively and driving sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
