What you'll do
- Connect with, engage, and inspire customers as an adidas brand ambassador
- Support merchandise management, including deliveries and replenishment, to drive sales and achieve store goals
- Complete applicable training and apply it effectively on the shop floor
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Customer service and sales skills
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of store KPIs and KPI interpretation
- Merchandise management and retail operations
- Training application
