As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a talented and experienced CRM & Loyalty Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively develop, operate & manage Zeus International’s CRM platform & Loyalty Programme
- Develop and maintain the group’s CRM platform & database
- Continuously develop the group’s Loyalty scheme, with a view to maximizing member subscription and enhancing engagement
- Continuously evaluate and revise the programme’s collection and redemption scheme, as well as the portfolio of benefits offered per tier
- Prepare and submit the programme’s Targeting and Sales Strategy
- Plan and coordinate members’ superior services tailored to their needs
- Conceptualize and manage activities & events to reward high value customers
- Plan and coordinate Loyalty Programme’s Commercial network, creating synergetic opportunities and enhancing members’ choice for point redemption
- Coordinate CRM & Loyalty Marketing Campaigns in cooperation with Digital Marketing Manager
- Handle complaints and provide prompt and courteous services to members
- Create and monitor Loyalty Programme’s related KPIs
- Report results, KPIs and insights, with the ultimate goal of mapping the preferences of Loyalty guests
- Collaborate with hotels’ Guest Relations to ensure smooth Loyalty Programme’s operation
- Train the group’s employees regarding loyalty issues
- Manage the Loyalty Programme’s division and ensure efficient flow of information and cooperation with the rest divisions within the Marketing Department
Qualifications and Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Loyalty or CRM fields preferably in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, hotel management or a closely related field
- Master’s Degree in marketing, business administration, hotel management or a closely related field
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of an additional language would be an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

Team spirit, adaptability, strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, thinking outside the box, keen interest to develop new competencies, ability to work and deliver under pressure.
