As a Barman / Barmaid, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers warmly and providing friendly, attentive service
• Taking drink orders and accurately entering them into the point-of-sale system
• Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and guest preferences
• Demonstrating excellent knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages offered at the establishment
• Engaging with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions, and make suggestions based on their preferences
• Monitoring the bar area and ensuring that it is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guideline
• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a bartender or bar server preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality service
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions
• TIPS or similar certification for responsible alcohol service (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
