We are looking for a talented Events & CSR Coordinator to join our ever-expanding Events & CSR team, and lead the charge in organizing, executing, and elevating events to new heights. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to bring to life a variety of event projects including Strategic and Corporate Events, Social Responsibility Activities, Team Building Workshops, and Unforgettable Parties. The main responsibilities of the position include:
Manage large scale of corporate event projects, with various degrees of complexity, in multiple locations.
Drive the entire life cycle of a range of first-class event projects, from inception to completion, as well as run post event evaluations.
Produce detailed proposals for assigned events that include initial brainstorms, kick off meetings, project plans, budgets, and timelines, at the highest corporate standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to integrate CSR initiatives into daily business operations.
Promote initiatives through internal and external communications while engaging employees in activities and initiatives.
Develop excellent relationships and negotiate agreements with vendors, suppliers, and venue managers, to guarantee the best possible services.
Come up with contingency plans when required, for the sake of smooth project continuity.
Conduct research and stay updated on latest CSR trends and best practices.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Lead Events Management Executive.
Main requirements:
University Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Corporate Social Responsibility or a related fiend.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, in an internal event department or at an event agency.
Proven experience in sourcing, organising, and executing a wide range of different events (corporate events, in-office events, parties, physical workshops, teambuilding activities etc).
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to think outside of the box and come up with innovative ideas.
Adaptability and flexibility to handle circumstances and unexpected developments with existing back-up plans.
Strong and confident personality.
Fluency in English.
