About the job

We're looking for a strategic and operationally-minded Pricing Manager (Revenue & Commercial Excellence) to lead our revenue optimization initiatives across European operations. This is a unique opportunity to build enterprise-grade pricing frameworks, standardize best practices across multiple countries, and drive sustainable margin improvement through pricing discipline and process excellence. 

You'll be the architect of our pricing and revenue excellence capabilities, working at the heart of our commercial operations.

You will lead the design and implementation of :

  • Standardized pricing frameworks across countries, service lines, and client segments—including rate cards and indexation templates

  • End-to-end process orchestration for change request management—from intake through pricing, client response, invoicing, and contract compliance

  • Revenue protection mechanisms ensuring full application of contractual terms, including inflation adjustments and indexation clauses

  • Pricing analytics and governance that provide visibility and drive continuous improvement

  • Commercial enablement through tools, templates, and training across our European teams

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

Strategic Pricing & Framework Design

  • Develop and implement standardized rate cards across European markets

  • Create country-specific indexation clause templates that ensure automatic price adjustments

  • Design pricing methodologies for different engagement types (T&M, fixed price, value-based)

  • Establish pricing governance and approval workflows with built-in compliance checks

 

Revenue Protection & Optimization

  • Implement controls to ensure complete and accurate invoicing of delivered work

  • Design processes to systematically apply inflation clauses and indexation adjustments

  • Create monitoring mechanisms to track contract compliance and revenue realization

  • Develop analytics to identify and close revenue leakage gaps

 

Process Excellence

  • Build end-to-end processes for managing opportunities and change requests

  • Design templates, tools, and playbooks that embed pricing discipline across the organization

  • Implement checkpoints ensuring contractual terms (pricing, indexation, scope) are properly applied

  • Develop pricing and revenue analytics dashboards to track performance and inform decisions

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with country managers, delivery teams, and finance to align on commercial practices

  • Train and coach teams on pricing processes, contract management, and best practices

  • Serve as the pricing authority for complex or strategic opportunities

  • Drive adoption and behavioral change across the organization

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor market trends, inflation indices, and competitive positioning

  • Gather stakeholder feedback to refine frameworks and processes

  • Identify automation and digitization opportunities

  • Stay current on pricing innovation and revenue optimization best practices

 

Who are we looking for

 

  • 5 years minimum in management consulting (strategy, operations, or pricing practices preferred) or similar high-performing environment

  • Analytical rigor: Comfortable with data analysis, financial modeling, and translating insights into actionable strategies

  • Process design mindset: Proven ability to create scalable frameworks and drive operational transformation

  • Business acumen: Understanding of B2B pricing, margin dynamics, contract management, and value realization

  • Stakeholder management: Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across geographies

  • Entrepreneurial executor: You identify opportunities and drive them to completion autonomously

  • Fluent English (additional European languages a plus)

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with rate card development, indexation mechanisms, or pricing tool implementation

  • Background in professional services, consulting, or project-based businesses

  • Understanding of inflation indexation and contract price adjustment mechanisms

  • Track record in change management and driving organizational adoption

  • Understanding of multi-country European operations and local market dynamics
