We’re looking for a Shift Lead for our Store Operations (Grocery) team at our Wolt Market in Glyfada.
What you’ll be doing
- Strong collaboration with the Store Manager in order to achieve daily store KPIs
- Ensuring efficient operations and being the go-to person when the Store Manager isn’t present at the store
- Solving issues in which the team needs help
- Monitoring and managing workload, efficiency, admin duties and well-being
- Collecting and forwarding feedback
- Proactively participating in developing store operations
- Being able to motivate a team of 20 members
Our humble expectations
- You have experience in grocery stores/retail, ideally as a Shift Lead
- You are proactive, service-minded and a fast learner and have the ability to multitask
- You are able to work 40 hours per week, flexibly in all shifts from 07:00 to 00:00, during the day, evenings and weekends and national holidays
- Good understanding and use of English language
