What you'll do
- Support the achievement of the store’s daily KPIs
- Manage daily store operations and act as store lead when the Store Manager is absent
- Support the team in resolving operational issues and daily challenges
- Monitor workload and ensure effective task and resource allocation
- Provide and collect feedback to support team development and engagement
- Contribute to process improvement and the implementation of new initiatives
- Lead and support a team of approximately 20 people, fostering collaboration and performance
Key requirements
- Grocery or retail operations
- Daily store operations management and operational problem solving
- Team leadership and coordination, including feedback delivery and collection
- KPI achievement, task and resource allocation, and multitasking and prioritization
- Customer service, communication skills, and organizational skills
- Rotating shift flexibility and English language
Benefits
- The role is performed exclusively on-site at Wolt Market stores.
- The stores operate 365 days a year, with rotating shifts between 07:00 and 00:00, or until 03:00 at specific locations.
