What you'll be doing
- Ensuring our portfolio of stores reach the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks
- Training our partner venues on how to use the Wolt tools and equipment
- Successfully onboarding venues onto the Wolt platform and ensuring optimal access at necessary times
- Be responsible for our menu-platform and product list always being up to date with the text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand
- Liaising with restaurant partners on a daily basis to resolve any issues that may come up
- Other ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks as they come up!
Qualifications
- Super human organisational skills
- Experience in data entry or other administrative work would be an advantage
- Structured, detailed and service-oriented
- Self-starter and a passion for food
- Fluent in Greek & able to work in English
- You hold a clean and full driving licence - this is a requirement as part of this position requires you to frequently visit our partner venues
- High interest towards analytics is a plus
