About the job
As an Integrations Specialist at Wolt, you'll be at the forefront of our technical partnerships, bridging the gap between our platform and our restaurant and retail partners. This role combines technical expertise with excellent communication skills, as you'll be the primary point of contact for all integration-related matters, both internally and externally.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage incoming integration requests from merchant partners
- Reach out to POS companies and facilitate integrations with Wolt
- Work with the integrations product team to discover merchant needs in various markets
- Communicate with local teams to understand an integrated venue’s consumer experience
- Propose various integration data flows based on use cases and partner’s challenges
- Help integrators with testing and best practices
- Handle our equipment storage and ensuring that is always on track
- Troubleshoot integration issues for testing and live venues
- Gauge impact from integrations and share reports with integrated retail partners
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with several cross functional stakeholders
- Experience in managing communication with large enterprise IT and business teams is a plus
- Industry knowledge within eCommerce is a plus
- Solid understanding of APIs and API based integrations
- Experience working with internal IT tools such as ERPs or POS
- Project management skills to help merchants implement and manage integrations
- Basic coding experience is a plus
- Fluent in Greek & able to work in English
