Wavemaker Hospitality, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations to destinations in Greece (Kos, Crete, Corfu & Rhodes), referring to either immediate or future placement, and we seek an experienced and talented individual as an Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage services.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of staff to deliver outstanding service.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

  • Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining budgetary guidelines.

  • Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Room Division oriented and minimum 3 years of experience in this position

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
