About the job
Wavemaker Hospitality, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations to destinations in Greece (Kos, Crete, Corfu & Rhodes), referring to either immediate or future placement, and we seek an experienced and talented individual as an Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage services.
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of staff to deliver outstanding service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining budgetary guidelines.
Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue.
Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
Room Division oriented and minimum 3 years of experience in this position
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
