Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Solution Architecture in telco business context
- Technical Leadership and collaboration with agile development teams
- Non-Functional Requirements Definition and application architecture best practices
- Agile Methodologies experience and applying agile ways of working
- Technical Trade-off Analysis and system integration expertise
- Business and Technical Stakeholder Management with strong communication skills
- Multidisciplinary Experience including business, information, solution architecture, application development, middleware, and database management
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills with creativity and influence
- Computer Science / Information Systems / Systems Analysis / Any Fieldpreferred

About the job
As a Solution Architect you will share the technical and architectural vision for Agile Release Train (ART) to help ensure the Solution under development is fit for its intended purpose. The role is responsible to analyse technical trade-offs, determine the primary components and subsystems, identify the interfaces and collaborations between them and define non-functional requirements.
More specifically you will:
Own the end-to-end high level solution design of complex projects, identify involved systems and subsystems and act as a technical leader for domain architects, engineers, system integrators
Identify opportunities for modernization and improvements, exploring industry standards and solution alternatives, while applying architecture best practices, golden rules and patterns.
Establish critical non functional requirements (NFRs), ensuring resilient, secure and cost-effective solutions
Work with and strongly influence business and technical stakeholders, maintaining a balance between delivery and technology transformation
Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos and Inspect and Adapt events
Who you are
Experience in solution architecture & design in a telco business context and exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
5-7 years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment
Self – motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple balls
Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with high-level of creativity and ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate with agile development teams
Experience working with agile methodologies and apply agile ways of working is strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek & English and with both technical and business audiences
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or other related field
