Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Experience with Siebel CRM and Oracle SQL
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms such as Azure and AWS
- Familiarity with Monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
- Technical analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Service Desk operations and ITIL processes
- Strong communication, collaboration, time-management, mentoring and influencing skills

Collaborate with vendors and CRM delivery teams in the development and deployment of new functionalities
Ensure operations related activities are performed in compliance with company processes and regulations
Who you are
At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant role
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Master’s Degree will be considered an asset.
Strong experience with Siebel CRM and Oracle SQL (relevant certifications for Siebel CRM will be considered a plus)
Capable to understand the technical aspect of complex systems with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS)
Good understanding of live monitoring tools (eg Splunk, Dynatrace)
ITIL Certification is preferred
Ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate with agile development teams
Self – motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple balls
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek & English, with both technical and business audiences
