- Assist supervisors with ordering cleaning materials and equipment
- Maintain perfect order and cleanliness following HACCP standards
- Handle, clean, and maintain equipment and products correctly
- Conduct stock takes and inventory as per company procedures

WHAT YOU WILL DO ON BOARD
- Professional Cleaning of crockery
- Cleanliness and order in the scullery / dish-washing area
