About the job
Do you have experience in costs analysis? Would you like to be part of an international company in the wind energy sector?
In CPX- PMO (Customer Project Execution - Project Management Office) we support in all the process, transactional and analytics activities to CPX organization to reach the main KPIs and purposes.
Responsibilities
In relation with the Procurement Activities will manage the creation of the purchase requisitions of all services and materials during the implementation of the projects and follow up the payment process (PR/PO/GR/IR and payment). To support with the selection of suppliers with Procurement and Project Management team. And to assure the correct cost allocation following the guidelines.
About the Cost Analysis activities, the targets are the data quality maintenance in SAP (introduce address of the site, update Latest Cost Expectations, maintenance the status of the projects with the progress, until the project is closed in the system). And to provide the cost expectations about the implemented activities.
Reporting:
- POC Report, based on the cost progress of the projects
- Status of the Purchase Requisitions by activity and by supplier.
Qualifications
Business Administration or Engineering degree
2-5 years of professional experience.
Experience with SAP
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Fluency in verbal and written English communication
