About the job

The new Odera Tinos Autograph Collection hotel, featuring 77 rooms (including 2 restaurants, 3 bars, a spa, a conference center with a capacity of 120 people, and a beach bar), is seeking a:

Guest Relations Agent

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar position at 5-star boutique hotels in Greece or abroad.
  • Communicating with guests prior to their arrival and welcoming them in accordance with established procedures.
  • Identifying guest needs and preparing for special requests.
  • Informing guests about the hotel facilities and promoting hotel services.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing guest requirements effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration with the Reception and Reservations departments.
  • Experience in managing special guest requests effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of hotel management software.
  • Graduate of a Tourism Management School.
