  • Familiarity with shipping roles, terminology, and concepts
  • ATS platforms (Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency
  • Leveraging AI tools such as Claude
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Compliance with employment legislation
  • Candidate evaluation frameworks
