The American College of Greece (ACG) seeks a qualified and motivated professional to join the Deree campus as a Student Affairs / Student Life Administrator.

The successful candidate will enhance student life on campus through the development and implementation of programs, resources, and experiences that educate students beyond the classroom, foster critical and creative thinking, promote personal growth, and cultivate a vibrant sense of community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to student clubs, organizations, and their advisors, ensuring compliance with the Student Club and Organization Guidebook.

  • Support the planning and successful implementation of New Student Orientation.

  • Plan, organize, and evaluate major campus events such as the Thanksgiving Dinner and Student Awards Ceremony.

  • Serve as an advisor to the Student Activities Board and recruit new members to ensure the continued success of student-led initiatives.

  • Manage the Office of Student Affairs’ social media presence (Facebook, Instagram), Blackboard page, and website content for the Office, Student Clubs, and Organizations.

  • Coordinate the digital promotion of ACG events in collaboration with the Athletic Center, Career Office, and Library.

  • Maintain and monitor student clubs’ budgets and reports to support effective resource allocation and continuous improvement in student engagement activities.

  • Recruit, coordinate, and supervise student assistants, participate in their training, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the efficient operation of the Office of Student Affairs.

  • Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset.

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in student affairs, event management, or higher education administration.

  • Strong proficiency in English (both oral and written).

  • Experience in social media management and event coordination.
