Deree – The American College of Greece is seeking a dynamic Senior Specialist to join our Admissions Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and supporting prospective students to achieve enrollment goals, maintaining high standards of student satisfaction, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Admissions office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct information sessions, interview candidates, and evaluate academic qualifications.
- Organize and manage recruitment events, represent ACG at fairs, and conduct school visits to attract prospective students.
- Facilitate the implementation of the Greek admissions recruitment strategy to accomplish enrollment objectives.
- Guide new students through a positive admissions experience, supporting high satisfaction rates.
- Coordinate the Admissions Department’s student assistants and office processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and evaluate recruitment strategies to support successful enrollment.
- Assist in promotional activities, such as updating materials.
- Oversee financial aid decisions to ensure fair and accurate allocation for candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Student Information Systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Greek educational system, including secondary, post-secondary education, and relevant legislation.

- Strong organizational skills with a capacity to multitask.
- Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility in work schedule to support events and student activities as needed.
