About the job

The American College of Greece (ACG) is seeking a qualified and motivated Senior Coordinator – Systems, Compliance and Reporting to join the Registrar’s Office. This role provides IT support and systems coordination to ensure the smooth operation of the Registrar’s Office and its related functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Student Information Systems (SIS) lead/project manager for the development, testing, and implementation of new functionality, system enhancements, and integration with auxiliary systems.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of technologies used across units and their role within the Registrar’s, Academic Advising, and Validation Offices.

  • Re-engineer student systems to align with current business practices and academic policies.

  • Design, develop, and generate reports to support the operational effectiveness of the Registrar’s Office in line with institutional standards.

  • Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field

  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role

  • Fluency in English and Greek

  • Proficiency in MS Office and programming languages

  • Familiarity with SIS and VLE systems

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional time management skills and tasks prioritization

  • Detail-oriented with a logical and technical mindset
