Deree – The American College of Greece is seeking an engaged and results-driven Senior Coordinator to join our Admissions Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruiting and supporting prospective students to meet enrollment goals, while increasing awareness among target groups to attract more Greek candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement the Greek admissions recruitment strategy to meet enrollment objectives.
- Conduct information sessions, interview candidates, and assess academic qualifications.
- Oversee financial aid decisions for candidates to ensure accurate and effective allocation.
- Support new students through their transition, enhancing satisfaction and engagement.
- Organize and coordinate recruitment events, participate in fairs, and visit schools
- Develop and refine recruitment techniques for optimal effectiveness.
- Lead the annual recruitment strategy to attract Greek students across Athens and beyond.
- Plan and implement awareness campaigns to connect with potential students.
- Deliver presentations on ACG programs to inform and inspire prospective candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in marketing or related fields.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Student Information Systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Greek educational system, including secondary, post-secondary education, and relevant legislation.

- Strong organizational skills with a capacity to multitask.
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility in work schedule to support events and student activities as needed.
