Deree College Athletic Club is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Group Fitness Classes Instructor to join our Athletic Facilities team at the Agia Paraskevi campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and safe group fitness sessions that motivate and inspire participants of all fitness levels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and safe group fitness classes such as HIIT, Strength, Cardio, Core, and Functional Training
- Create inclusive, motivating, and high-energy environments for participants of all levels
- Deliver clear instruction and corrections in both English and Greek
- Foster a positive culture of health and wellness
- Support community-building through enthusiastic class leadership and member interaction
- Provide class coverage when needed and engage with members to support their fitness journey
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Education or a related field
- Certification as a Group Fitness Instructor
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in leading group fitness classes
- Fluency in both English and Greek (spoken and written)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic and adaptable, with a team-oriented mindset
