The American College of Greece is seeking an enthusiastic and well-organized Coordinator to join the Office of Advancement team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the office, Alumni communications, donor stewardship, CRM data entry, and event coordination, while ensuring smooth internal processes and excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations of the Advancement Office, including handling Alumni and visitor inquiries, organizing logistics and supplies, processing requisitions and expense reports, and maintaining office calendars and meetings.
  • Manage office volunteers and collaborate with other ACG departments to increase efficiency and engagement.
  • Assist in organizing events and solicitation campaigns to boost alumni and prospect involvement.
  • Support communication with scholarship donors and recipients.
  • Assist in donor stewardship activities, including meeting coordination and thank-you letters.
  • Support outreach and engagement with Pierce Parents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Advancement team and the Vice President of Advancement.
  • Assist with social media initiatives related to Alumni and advancement events.
  • Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in administrative coordination and/or customer service.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek (oral and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM platforms will be considered a plus.
