AHEAD, the Alba Hub for Entrepreneurship and Development at Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece, is seeking a motivated and well-organized Coordinator – Community and Programs.

This role combines two key elements: Community Management (building strong relationships with entrepreneurs, alumni, mentors, and trainers) & Program Coordination (ensuring that AHEAD programs run smoothly and effectively).

About AHEAD

Founded in 2009, AHEAD brings together all Alba Graduate Business School activities dedicated to entrepreneurship. Its mission is to advance venture development through training, mentoring, and outreach. Programs include VentureGarden (Athens, Heraklion & Patras) for aspiring entrepreneurs and NextGen Mentoring for young family business members. With strong roots in the Greek entrepreneurship ecosystem, AHEAD maintains a wide range of collaborations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep VentureGarden program alumni connected and help integrate new participants into the network.

  • Support trainers and mentors in their interaction with participants.

  • Manage communication channels (social media, newsletters, websites, online ads).

  • Organize and coordinate program delivery.

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of AHEAD activities.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Events, Accounting).

  • Prepare program-related updates, reports, and communication material.

  • Contribute to the design of new initiatives.

  • Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or about to be completed) in Management, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.

  • Around 1 year of relevant experience (including internships or volunteering) in community management and/or program coordination. Experience at an entrepreneurship development organization will be considered an asset.

  • Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written).

  • Comfort with content creation for online and print channels; knowledge of Canva is a plus.

  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with CMS or Hubspot will be considered an asset.

  • Flexibility in work schedule and availability for possible travel to support organizational and event-related needs.
