About the job
The American College of Greece (ACG) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Office of Human Resources on a fixed-term basis as a maternity cover. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the accuracy of data entry, supporting HR systems, and handling various administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
- Assist in HR data entry, reporting, and document management
- Support the administration of employee onboarding and offboarding
- Ensure proper archiving and management of employee records.
- Handle HR-related queries from employees.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or a relevant administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
