About the job
Reporting to the Global Vendor Manager the Vendor Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting the organization’s vendor management activities, supplier due diligence and onboarding, performance monitoring, and ongoing management of suppliers and third-party vendors. This role will involve collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to assess vendor performance, and maintain strong, productive vendor relationships.
- OPPORTUNITIESYou will manage the end-to-end vendor risk assessment process for new and existing vendors.
- You will assess vendor assessment responses and work with all compliance owners, which include Security, Group Compliance and Privacy teams to identify and address supplier risks.
- You will track vendor contract compliance, regulatory requirements and create reports/dashboards.
- You will be responsible for reporting risk results to the business and providing monthly reports on overall activity.
- You will identify potential risks related to vendor relationships, such as financial stability, compliance issues, and service disruptions.
- SKILLSYou should be educated to degree level in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- You should have at least 2 years of experience in business administration, vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management.
- You should have strong analytical skills and be proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- You should demonstrate strong attention to detail, along with effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
- You should have knowledge of procurement systems, ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle, and vendor management tools (this is a plus but not mandatory).
