What you'll do
- Assess ICT solution opportunities for EU Institutions and International Organizations, including tender scope and evaluation criteria.
- Evaluate ICT solutions and alternatives technically and financially, aligning them with tender requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and technical teams to analyze and design ICT solutions for EU tenders.
- Assess and recommend partners and subcontractors for complementary ICT solutions and services.
- Manage EU tender bidding processes, including bid structure, timelines, progress, responses, and cost collection.
- Analyze and prepare ICT service delivery methodologies.
- Prepare and write technical proposals and case studies for ICT solutions.
- Quality-check technical proposals and materials from internal teams, partners, and subcontractors.
- Support Sales with customer-facing technical presentations.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop and improve the ICT solutions and services portfolio.
- Drive continuous improvement of the ICT Bid Management function.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- ICT solution analysis and design; Technical and financial evaluation
- Bid management; Tender analysis; Proposal preparation
- Cloud, Data Center, Virtualization, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Infrastructure/Application monitoring
- ITSM processes; Project management methodologies
- Technical presentations
- Client and partner negotiation
- Computer Science / Engineering
