What you'll do
- Apply content policies to digital content and follow handling procedures consistently
- Monitor abuse reports and enforce the client's terms of use
- Review videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles
- Classify content by age suitability, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Escalate performance-impacting changes through appropriate channels
- Maintain required KPIs and complete program reporting
- Follow security measures, confidentiality requirements, and other project requirements
- Participate in training and employee assistance programs
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Content moderation, digital content review, and content classification
- Content policy enforcement and abuse report monitoring
- English fluency and Romanian fluency
- Attention to detail and consistent handling procedures
- KPI management, escalation procedures, and program reporting
- Confidentiality and security compliance
- General Education
