What you'll do
- Apply content policies to digital content and handle cases consistently
- Monitor abuse reports and enforce client terms of use
- Review videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles
- Classify content by age appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Escalate performance-impacting changes through appropriate channels
- Participate in employee assistance, reporting, and training initiatives
- Follow security measures, confidentiality requirements, and project procedures
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- English and Persian fluency
- Content policy enforcement, content moderation, and digital content review
- Abuse report monitoring, content classification, and policy compliance
- Escalation procedures and security procedures
- Confidentiality
