What you'll do
- Apply content policies and handling procedures consistently to digital content
- Monitor abuse reports and enforce the client's terms of use
- Review videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles
- Score content for age appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Escalate changes that may affect performance or required KPIs
- Follow security measures, confidentiality requirements, and project procedures
- Participate in employee assistance, wellness, reporting, and training programs
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Content moderation, digital content review, and content classification
- Content policy enforcement and abuse report monitoring
- English fluency and Hungarian fluency
- Operations experience and customer experience
- Cultural awareness and political and social awareness
- Confidentiality, security compliance, KPI management, and verbal and written communication
- General Studies
